       Ассоциированная школа ЮНЕСКО при КАУ – это целостная динамическая система, структурным элементом которой является педагогический процесс, воплощающий в себе учебно-воспитательную задачу, подобранные под нее, и взаимодействующие методы обучения, содержание учебного материала, формы организации познавательной деятельности учащихся.
        2013 год для школы был юбилейным, ей исполнилось 15 лет. Школа прошла этапы становления, поиска и выбора своего уникального пути, изучения и внедрения лучших достижений американской и казахстанской педагогической науки. Сейчас можно сказать, что у школы есть своя сложившаяся синергетическая система, в которой главным приоритетом является детоцентристская педагогика. Главным ориентиром в нашей школе является ребенок со своими потребностями и способностями. 
 

This is the third year of a systematic work on intra-school professional development of the teachers. In 2014-2015 academic year there was implemented a set of measures aimed at the introduction of modern pedagogical technologies into the practice of the teachers:
-there was continued the school of excellence; the aim of which was to increase the pedagogical skills of teachers through the study, assimilation and introduction of new technologies.
The tasks of school activities:
-Increase Pedagogical skills of the teachers and their self-esteem;
-Increase the quality of knowledge and skills of pupils, development of cognitive activity, learning motivation.
In pedagogical staff there worked three major creative groups for the implementation of educational technology:
1. Methods of developing training by Davydov (MDTD) – the head is M.A. Zhalbagaeva
2. Critical thinking (CT) – the Head is I.V. Abdulkhalikov
3. Project Technology (PT) – the Head is R.J. Tayshibaeva
The teachers of the groups conducted monitoring visits of lessons and made the analysis of the results.
In winter holidays there took place the expanded session where the workshops on selected technologies for lessons were presented. The teachers showed different stages of the lessons with pedagogical technologies. Throughout the year the teachers gave open lessons on selected pedagogical technologies. At the end of the year, in June the leaders of the groups summarized the experience of the work that was done, made a report to his colleagues, responded to questions and spent adjustment work for the coming year, there were identified some recommendations for further work of the teachers school of the new generation:
The group "Methods of developing training by Davydov" was recommended to monitor the students at the beginning and end of the school year, make a piggy bank methodological lessons from the use of this technology, to prepare for the publication of a collection of methodological development lessons.
Group "Design Technology" was recommended to increase the number of projects in various competitions, to hold a conference of research projects students at the school, from primary school;
Group "Critical thinking" was encouraged to expand the use of the elements of this technology in all phases of the lesson, make a bank of methodological lessons from the use of this technology, to prepare for the publication of a collection of methodological development lessons.
The creative groups responsibly approached to further possession and introduction pedagogical technologies on the lessons and extra-curricular activities, and decided to continue work on the implementation of selected technologies in the educational process in the new academic year.
